This International Research Center ("IRC") Privacy Policy (our "Policy") was developed in conjunction with the Site Terms of Use Agreement containing the terms and conditions applicable to the customers and the companies, businesses, and organizations they represent (collectively, "you") in your use of this site, its content, resources, and features. If you participate in IRC's Biotech Domain Name Auction of domain names commencing on October 1, 2001 (the "Auction"), you are additionally subject to the Auction Terms of Use Agreement governing IRC's auction commencing on October 1, 2001 ("Auction Terms of Use") posted at http://www.researchedge.com/biotechDNA/terms.html
